Assist in conducting regular market research and analyzing salary data
Collaborate with internal teams on compensation-related projects
Generate periodic reports presenting findings to the Compensation Director
Engage in administrative tasks associated with compensation programs
Work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Excel to accomplish tasks
Qualifications:Ideal candidates must demonstrate:
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Excel
Prior knowledge and understanding of compensation principles and practices
