Locations: Scottsdale, AZ Team Overview Our Blackstone Legal Fellowship recruitment team is committed to identifying and equipping the next generation of Christian leaders in law. You’ll play a crucial role in executing strategic recruitment efforts to attract top law students from premier law schools nationwide. Reporting to the Director of Blackstone Recruitment & Internship, you will engage with students, build key relationships, and oversee the Law School Prep Academy Program. Key Responsibilities
Law Student Recruitment: Identify, interview, and assess future and current law students for the Blackstone Legal Fellowship, evaluating their strengths and potential fit for the program.
Candidate Engagement & Outreach: Maintain consistent, personalized communication with applicants, answering questions and guiding them through the application process.
Event Planning & Execution: Assist in planning recruitment events, selecting optimal dates based on academic calendars, and coordinating with Blackstone Fellows to host in-person recruitment dinners.
Campus & Conference Recruitment: Travel as needed to law schools and events to connect with students, promote Blackstone, and encourage applications.
Pipeline Development: Meet with undergraduate students, introduce them to Blackstone Staff and JD Launch, and build relationships to create a strong candidate pipeline.
Applicant & Law School Relations: Serve as a key point of contact for students, law schools, and internal teams to strengthen Blackstone’s presence on campuses and within legal networks.
Recruitment Strategy & Analytics: Work closely with the Director of Blackstone Recruitment & Internship to execute recruitment strategies, analyze data, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Intern Engagement & Evaluation: Connect with Blackstone Interns before and during the program to assess their fit for commissioning as a Blackstone Fellow.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
Ability to travel approximately 60 days a year.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Experience in university campus recruitment.
