Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Benefits Administrator in Scottsdale, Arizona, 85260, United States. The successful candidate will be in charge of managing tenant relationships and ensuring efficient property management. The role involves tasks such as inputting invoices, preparing tenant billbacks, and managing access card issuance. Responsibilities: Accurately input invoices in Yardi PayScan and code for property manager approval Prepare tenant billbacks and maintain efficient Locksmith coordination Manage tenant relations, including distributing new tenant gifts and assisting with tenant events Prepare Welcome Packets for new tenants and update the Leasing Tracker as required Assist tenants with setup in Angus and maintain all parking assignments Monitor conference room bookings and coordination Assist the property manager in collecting, tracking, and updating all Tenant insurance certificates Update the Vendor Tracker and maintain information on building directories Regularly review Accounts Receivable and report to Manager; update Rent Tracker as required Pull utility invoices and update the Utility Tracker as needed Review the General Ledger as directed by Manager and prepare Service Contracts and Work Authorizations as requested by the property manager Handle various tenant calls as instructed by the property manager Skills: Proficiency in Yardi Experience in Commercial Property Management Knowledge of Property Management Accounting. Requirements Proficiency in Yardi software is a must. A solid understanding of Commercial Property Management is required. Experience in Property Management Accounting is essential. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations regarding benefits and compensation. Proven experience in benefits administration or a related role. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
