You are a multi-tasker and able to work independently performing a wide range of accounting, accounts payable and general cashing tasks to include supporting other members of the team. Reporting to the Director of Credit & Group Billing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Coordinate interdepartmentally as it relates to group and guest issuesParticipate in training activities to improve knowledge + skillsCommunicate well with all clients and guests, anticipate and resolve issues in a timely and efficient mannerMonitor, supervise and prepare month-end balance sheet account reconciliationPrepare forecast vs. actual group commissions and communicate variance to Director of FinancePrepare and complete the income audit two days weeklyPrepare and generate timely group, catering and wedding billing and process paymentInspect all in-house accounts to ensure adherence to resort’s credit policy and assist with collection efforts as necessaryMonitor accounts receivable as requiredConsistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist in the month end reporting and proceduresPerform filing and administrative tasksFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assigned
