This role is pivotal in supporting our sales operations by overseeing the administration of the quoting process, managing census documents, and facilitating appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact during the quoting and onboarding processes, displaying exceptional customer service and people skills. Interaction with brokers, general agents, company executives, and decision-makers is a significant aspect of this role. A profound understanding of Envita Health's offerings is essential to address inquiries effectively. The successful candidate will exhibit an unwavering commitment to detail, organizational excellence, interpersonal ability, and a genuinely positive demeanor.Specific Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

Oversee the accurate and efficient administration of the quoting process, ensuring all documents and information are meticulously managed.

Act as the principal point of contact for Envita Health during the quoting and onboarding phases, providing top-tier customer service and support to clients, brokers, and partners.

Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and sales team members, ensuring smooth and effective communication channels.

Possess a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to organization, ensuring all processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Envita Health’s offerings to competently address inquiries and provide informed responses to clients and stakeholders.

Exhibit outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including brokers, general agents, and company executives.

Demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic demeanor, contributing to a supportive and constructive team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sectors.

Exceptional knowledge of Envita Health's services and products, with the ability to communicate these effectively to a range of stakeholders.

Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex administrative processes and maintaining meticulous records.

Strong competency in CRM software and MS Office, with an aptitude for learning new systems as required.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and an eagerness to stay informed about industry trends and company updates.
