We are looking for candidates who are looking to continue or start a career at a manufacturing site as a machine operator that has room for growth into multiple other roles such as supervisor/lead roles, test technicians, maintenance technicians, etc.Can start 5/7DOES NOT TEST FOR THCPay Rate & Timing :
2nd Shift : $18.70/hr - 2PM - 10:30PM
3rd Shift : $19.55/hr - 10PM - 6:30AM
Location : Queen Creek ,AZ (Germann rd/ Ellsworth)Job Description:
Transfers, stocks, loads/unloads materials for the production lines
These materials may vary by business team: diffusers, holders, retainers, initiators, o-rings, end caps, sleeves, canisters, filters, tubes, disks, foil seals, springs, support barrels, shorting clips, labels and generate.
Operates machinery and equipment where operations allow minor operator latitude as to method of production or process.
May check, correct or perform rework of inflators
Performs quality procedures/audits including dimensional checks as required; performs visual
Requirements :
Must be able to stand for your entire shift
Must be able to work up to 6 days a week (will get 2 days off every week though)

They also have associate equipment techs (22/hr) and equipment techs($23-$30/hr) that they can move into if they express the desire to move into a maintenance role later on (if they have proven to have mechanical aptitude).
