Local grading contractor looking for hard working individuals to help handle the growth we are currently going through. Now hiring the following positions:
Superintendent- Report directly to project manager and owner. Assign tasks to appropriate, competent employees. Documentation of daily tasks, assist with progress invoicing, calling in bluestake, and maintaining a positive work environment through training, coaching and dedication to client satisfaction.
Labor- have reliable transportation, hard work ethic, willingness to learn and adapt. Training available.
General operator- skills with backhoe, mini x, loader, trackhoe, hammers etc. Understanding of grade, layout, finish grade, footings, underslabs, yard lines, pad cuts in a residential and commercial setting. Willing to train the right individual with basic knowledge.
Finish Blade operator- grading and maintenance of private roads, establishing proper drainage and crown. GPS knowledge major plus. Also have the ability to finish abc roads and parking lots for paving.
GPS Grade checker- must have understanding of Trimble equipment, setting control, layout, and quantity measuring. Training available.
Lead man/Foreman- Must have ability to organize and schedule projects, employees and equipment in an effective manner. Also have the willingness to operate equipment while performing these duty’s.
