Qualifications:
Must possess a valid US driver’s license and provide a year driving record from the Arizona MVD.
Basic knowledge of passenger vehicles in order to identify components in engine compartment and undercarriage for the purpose of checking repairs.
Should be patient, organized, team-oriented and have the ability to work for long hours in adverse conditions. They should be keen observers and have an eye for detail and quality.

Ability to perform physical maneuvers for various tasks in the shop, such as sweeping, pushing a floor cleaner, reaching high and low with hands/arms and other full body movements as needed to complete the job.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
Ensure a great customer service experience by performing the shops QC inspection process and perform a mini clean on all vehicles repaired/ serviced by our technicians.
Ensure the shop is kept clean and stocked. This task includes cleaning and stocking the restrooms. Ensure shop floors are kept clean and free of debris, fluids, used parts, etc. Make sure stocking parts and fluids are completed on a regular basis.
The QC position also maintains shop safety guidelines and helps ensure that every technician is in compliance with OSHA and/or safety regulations to prevent accidents such as slips, unnecessary physical injuries due to spilled waste, debris, electrical, injury, etc.
Maintain Grannie’s Gliders fleet and ensure every vehicle is updated on service, kept clean, an d ready to be loaned out to the customer.
Driving customer and company vehicles to pick up and shuttle customers as needed.
Ensure every vehicle is properly parked in the parking lot and not on the landscaping.
Ensure that every customer vehicle has received complete service/repair as specified by the Shop Foreman.
Ensuring that the QC checklist is completed.
