As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Construction Mechanic to join our team.
This is a full-time position; The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience working on construction equipment.

Pay: $30-$40 per Hour
Job Description:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on construction equipment, including but not limited to Loaders, Grade Tractors, Rollers, Paving Machines, Milling Machines and Skid Steers.
Diagnosing mechanical issues and troubleshooting equipment problems to identify root causes.
Conducting inspections to assess the condition of machinery and identify areas for improvement or repair.
Prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize equipment downtime.
Keeping accurate records of maintenance, including service logs, repair history, and parts inventory.
Adhering to safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic, preferably in the construction industry.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in heavy construction equipment.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to operate diagnostic equipment and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Own tools required for performing maintenance and repairs.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a drug test and abide by our Drug and Alcohol Policy
