Overview
We are seeking two (2) skilled Welders to join our dynamic team at 3 in 1 Fencing and Welding.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be proficient in working with different materials. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication and assembly of metal components, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets industry standards.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks on various materials, including steel and aluminum, using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine specifications and requirements for projects.
Operate welding equipment such as welders, calipers, and press brake machines effectively.
Ensure all welds meet applicable codes and standards for quality and safety.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Utilize skid-steer safely to transport materials around the worksite as required.
Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Skills
Fencing experience is a plus, but not required as long as you are willing to learn.
Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
Familiarity with calipers for precise measurements in welding tasks.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
Basic machining skills are a plus for additional fabrication tasks.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
