As we expand our portfolio, we are seeking a proactive and personable weekend Sales Office Coordinator at our Ventura Ranch location to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Office Coordinator to manage our sales office, coordinate with potential buyers, and showcase available lots on the premises. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage the sales office, ensuring it is presentable and stocked with necessary materials.
- Greet and engage with potential buyers as they visit the sales office, providing information about available lots and answering any questions they may have.
- Coordinate with sales agents to schedule and conduct tours of the premises for interested buyers.
- Maintain full stock of any sales and marketing materials for buyers on-site.
- Learn and Study Ventura Ranch, the available lots and site plans, pricing, features, amenities,
- Showcase available lots to potential buyers, highlighting key features and amenities of the property, and surrounding greater area.
- Provide assistance and guidance to buyers throughout the purchasing process, including explaining contract terms and facilitating paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records of buyer interactions, inquiries, and sales activity.
- Update sales agents/management on daily activities and take a vested interest in the property, with questions and suggestions for improvement.
- Follow up with potential buyers to provide additional information and address any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to attract potential buyers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and terminology is preferred but not required.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Familiarity with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
