This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Travel and Entertainment Booking Agent. The Booking Agent will be responsible for booking travel accommodations, entertainment activities, and transportation services for clients. Other responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and sales support to clients throughout the booking process.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work with Booking Systems and other travel-related software
Strong Sales skills and experience selling travel services
Negotiation skills and the ability to find the best deals for clients
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience in the travel industry is a plus
