We are currently seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating memorable experiences for our valued customers.
Position Summary:
As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing our clients with an extraordinary shopping experience. This position requires a high level of professionalism, expertise in luxury and fine jewelry and a passion for customer service. You will assist clients with selecting pieces, share your knowledge about our products, and build lasting relationships with our customers, creating a loyal client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and assist them in selecting the perfect piece of jewelry for their occasion. Maintain a high level of knowledge about products, gemstones, metals, and designs.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and be able to explain the features, benefits, and unique details of each piece.
Client Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service, maintaining contact, and informing them of new arrivals, exclusive events, and special offers.
Store Presentation: Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and general store upkeep to ensure the showroom remains inviting, organized, and reflective of our brand’s luxury image.
Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall store success.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in fine jewelry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry, including gemstones, metals, and craftsmanship, is preferred.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
Professionalism: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with sensitive information.
Team Player: Able to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
This is a job where you will be on your feet most of the day.
Benefits:
Competitive base salary $20-$30+ per hour - Plus bonuses
Full time: 38-40 hour work week Tuesday – Saturday
o Would consider a Part Time position for the right person
