Assistant Shop Manager located on Whiskey Row.
We are looking for a responsible individual to join our team to run the shop and fill in for the Store Manager, when needed.
Job duties include:
- Screening and training new and potential employees.
- Monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based upon demand.
- Coordinate and participate in daily operations (eg. answering phone calls, sales, interacting with customers, and replacing sold merchandise.)
- Communicate with customers and employees and evaluate their needs.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
- Basic ordering from common vendors.
- Act as a store representative and set an example for other employees and customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Previous leadership/management experience.
- Leadership and organizational abilities.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving attitude.
- MUST work weekends.
- Good math skills to reconcile daily earnings.
- Punctual, timely, and have a respectful manner.

Wage: DOE. ($14-$17)
