Kaizen Properties, a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment company, is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Disposition Assistant. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Property Marketing: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers.
Buyer Outreach: Actively engage with potential buyers, investors, and real estate professionals to generate interest in our properties.
- Negotiation: Collaborate with prospective buyers, answer inquiries, and negotiate deals to ensure successful property transactions.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and completion of necessary documents for property transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers, real estate agents, and other industry professionals to expand our network.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate processes and terminology.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
COMPENSATION
This position is commission-based, with a competitive commission structure ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 per closed property. With a goal of 3 closings per month, you can earn anywhere from $6,000 to $30,000 or more per month in commissions. The earning potential is unlimited and directly correlated with successful transactions.
