Part Time LIHTC Property Manager

We are a property management company seeking a property manager. This position is part time. The position is managing a 66-unit senior community. The community is fully independent living. The schedule is anticipated to be Mon-Thurs, 6-hour days, from 9am-3pm. This candidate would be responsible for, but not limited to, collecting rent, leasing applications, executing rental agreements, processing paperwork, work orders and overseeing the properties general operations. Leasing experience is preferred. This property is a section 42 affordable project for low income. Knowledge of the tax credit program is a plus, but not required.
