Flexible Solutions Land Management is a local landscaping company located in the Prescott area. We are looking for an Office Manager to fill a full time position. This is not a remote position. Compensation will depend on experience.
Job Duties:
Enter all transactions into accounting software from bank statements and receipts.
Enter employee hours into accounting software weekly
Assist with creating estimates and invoices
Assist with scheduling upcoming jobs
Post daily on various social media platforms
Other various office duties
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with office equipment such as copier, scanner, printer and computer
Experience with internet browsers, social media platforms, etc.
Light bookkeeping experience
Ability to work independently
Strong organizational skills
