We have immediate part-time opening for a Commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Coordinator. The position will be coordinating with the Commercial Assistant Project Manager on Jobs (start to finish), including but not limited to purchase orders, job and equipment tracking, filing, filing pre-liens on jobs, inventory transfers, maintaining insurance certifications, and weekly safety sheets. We are a family owned and operated company with a family first atmosphere. Hard working and a willingness to learn are high priority for us. We have been established for over 27 years in Yavapai County, servicing commercial clients. Our office is located in Prescott Valley.
MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and PDF Pro. Knowledge of Procore is a plus.
Able to work efficiently under pressure.
