The perfect candidate will have working knowledge of:
-Quickbooks Pro
-Excel / Word
-General office procedures
-Basic Accounting Principles
Duties include answering phones, data entry, filing, organizing and general office duties.
Previous experience in the construction industry a plus
Position is 20-30 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
MUST be able to pass E-Verify and pre-employment drug screening . Additionally you must have your own dependable transportation and a phone.
Compensation Depends on Experience
