Our packaging consists of basic inspection, product cleaning, printing, folding, wrapping, bagging, boxing and the set-up processes to support these operations.
Printing includes setting up and running print jobs on laser black-and-white and color printers.
Folding includes setting up and running folding equipment in various configurations.
Wrapping includes repetitive hand operations to manually protect a product, and also includes set-up and operation of manual, semi-automatic or automated machinery that applies protective or finished packaging to a product.
Bagging includes counting parts, placing parts in a bag and sealing the bag, using manual, semi-automatic or automated machinery.
Boxing includes repetitive folding of boxes ranging from simple to complex, and the consistent application and accurate placement of labels in prescribed locations on the cartons.
