We are now hiring for a yard laborer at our wholesale yard at Prescott valley growers!
This position will be 40 hours a week Monday threw Friday.
Duties include:
Helping customers load up orders (Must be physically fit we move quite a bit of material)
Unloading Semi trucks into appropriate green houses.
Helping Load up flatbed trucks for delivery’s.
Helping Unload flatbed trucks to stock the yard.
Misc things like pulling weeds or other various things that the yard needs.
But first and foremost we need someone who has amazing customer service skills is a hard worker and can help our customers quickly efficiently and have a upbeat attitude. Your main job will be serving our customers.
Being a team player is a absolute must! We want someone who truly wants to work and works well with others.
With that being said all new hires will have a 2 week probational period. This insures that you will be a right fit for the company and also gives you some time to see if this will be the best fit for you as well.
Prior experience is A huge plus (Nursey, Agricultural, Landscaping, Or anything that involves plants and plant material.) We are willing to train the right person but having some prior knowledge in this field is preferred.
