We are looking for a part time worker to help with cleaning and maintenance duties.
Schedule: Monday - Friday. 16-20 hours per week.
- Drug and alchohol free environment
- Job duties include daily cleaning of 5 restrooms
- Must have reliable transportation during all weather conditions (Travel to 3 work locations in : PV and Prescott)
- Must have no physical limitations as the job requires snow removal, climbing, lifting and working hard
- Extra hours are occasionally available for special projects (painting, etc.)
Typical maintenance duties include: Interior and exterior painting, iron work grinding, sanding and painting, handyman repairs, roof light string maintenance, HVAC filter changes, swamp cooler maintenance, etc. No plumbing or electrical as those activities are done by others.
Janitorial duties typically include: Restroom and grounds cleaning, gutter clearing, snow removal, mopping floors, windows, etc.
