C&M’s Landscaping is seeking a dependable and motivated Install/Maintenance Team Member to join our growing team in Prescott. This role includes a combination of installation and property maintenance services for our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
Installing landscaping features such as pavers, plants, boulders, and other materials
Performing routine property maintenance, including:
Weed removal
Trimming and pruning
Irrigation system inspections and minor repairs
Ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards
Communicating clearly and professionally with team members and clients
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physically capable of handling outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
