Hi, my name is Casey Dubravcic, I am the owner of Revitalize with my wife Jill. We are looking for a motivated, willing to learn individual, who is passionate about helping people learn how to help themselves. My wife and I have been in healthcare since 2004, and we recognized that there was room for improvement in healthcare delivery.
We specialize in innovative mental health and wellness treatments, including ketamine infusions, rTMS, and Spravato, and are passionate about empowering individuals to revitalize their lives. Rather than simply treating symptoms we are helping people to treat the problems that are causing the symptoms. We see life changing results most every day with the work that we get to do. People are healing and integrating deeply held trauma that is causing symptoms such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, bipolar and more. This work is incredibly rewarding.
This position is a multidimensional one that combines clinical, administrative, and receptionist duties, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include performing vital sign checks, administering intramuscular (IM) injections, assisting providers during treatments, maintaining treatment rooms, cleaning and maintaining equipment, managing patient schedules, taking payments, answering phone calls, insurance authorizations and billing, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for all we serve.
The ideal candidate will have Medical Assistant certification (preferred), current CPR/BLS certification, and experience with medical charting systems, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. We can teach all of the skills that we need for this position for the right person.
Familiarity with mental health treatments, ketamine therapy, or similar modalities is a plus.
