Please noteApplicants must have gone through a licensed Assisted Living Certified Caregiver Training Program for Supervisory, Personal, Medications and Directed Care programs and passed the state exam. Please include your certificate as awarded by the Arizona Board for Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers (NCIA Board) with your application.

We currently have openings on the following shifts:
Full time: Weekday Assistant Team Leader NOC shift - Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs - 11 pm to 730 am
Full time: Weekend day shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 7 am to 730 pm
Full time: Weekend NOC shift - Friday, Saturday and Sunday - 7 pm to 730 am
Full time shifts only are eligible for a $750.00 sign on incentive after 6 months of Full time employment.
Part time: On-call/PRN also available for different shifts. On-call/PRN pay is $17.00.
Applicants must have or be able to obtain a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
