Prescott Meat Company is seeking:
Butcher/Meat Cutter.
$20-25/hour full-time
Located in downtown Prescott, East of the square. Our Premium Meats are butchered at our cut facility and sold at our retail location. We're looking for someone capable of cutting, dressing, & packaging steaks for retail sale. Stocking, organizing, and inventory of sub-primal cases and other cuts. Experience in portion cutting is a plus. A food handlers license is a plus.
