What You'll Do:
As our Appointment Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our design team by:
Answering incoming calls and inquiries with warmth and professionalism
Scheduling design consultations for new and returning customers
Managing calendars and coordinating appointments for our designers
Following up on leads to ensure timely scheduling and client satisfaction
Maintaining accurate records and communication in our CRM system
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or scheduling
Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat phone presence
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn scheduling software and CRM tools
