ClassATransport.com, a leader in recruitment marketing for the trucking and logistics industry, is seeking a Creative Digital Marketing Specialist to take our marketing efforts to the next level. We are NOT looking for someone to simply manage Google or Facebook ads. Instead, we need a marketing professional who thrives on thinking outside the box, executing innovative strategies, and driving measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, able to craft multi-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audience and position ClassATransport.com as the go-to partner for trucking companies nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Integrated Campaign Management
Design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns, including a 12-week, 16-touch digital marketing strategy targeting key decision-makers.
Incorporate multi-channel approaches such as email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, direct mail, and dimensional mailers to generate leads and nurture prospects.
2. Innovative Lead Generation
Create compelling landing pages and thank-you pages optimized for conversion.
Leverage automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and cross-sell opportunities.
3. Creative Direct Marketing
Conceptualize and execute dimensional mailers and other unique outreach tactics to capture the attention of top prospects (e.g., “Dream 100” campaigns).
Incorporate creative follow-ups that bridge offline and online marketing efforts.
4. Analytics and Optimization
Continuously measure campaign performance, test new approaches, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful, innovative campaigns.
Expertise in multi-channel marketing, including email, social media, and content marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, lead generation, and automation tools.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique marketing strategies, including direct mail and dimensional mailers.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience in the trucking, logistics, or staffing industries is a plus but not required.
