Luxury Delivery Driver & Wood Technology Assembler
M-F 6:00am to 2:30pm
$18.50 - $26.00 per hr.
Your primary role will be delivering cabinets, kitchen islands, bars, faux ceiling beams, and other unique wood products to high-end luxury homes. We design, manufacture, and install Euro-style cabinets and custom wood millwork. As a two-person team, you will insure items are carefully delivered to our skilled installation teams working at these new homes. Note: Some items can be heavy.
You will be driving either a 20ft. or 28ft. Isuzu cab over box truck. Although a CDL license isn't necessary, there is a 90 day driver orientation process. The trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions and RFID sensors to bypass security guards at the luxury communities. A tablet PC is provided for access to maps, room locations, task lists, and so on.
You will also be responsible to assist in the assembly of products in our shop like cabinets, islands, etc. You will need to assemble these with attention to detail and a passion for precision and premium quality. After the products are assembled, they are protective wrapped, then loaded into the box trucks for delivery. Attached pics are actual client homes.
Our products use a variety of advanced and cool technology. This includes self closing panels, LED inlays, piston driven assemblies, advanced leveling systems, synchronized stabilizers, and so on. Some cabinets have multi-tier organizers, pullout bins, mechanical rollouts, and more.
INSIDER TIP: Assembly is easier than it looks. Machines pre-drill exact screw hole locations, create alignment tabs, etc.

Qualifications:
Work independently.and as part of a team.
Need reliable transportation to/from our facility.
Physically able to perform heavy lifting, up to 75 lbs.
Knowledge of hand tools preferable, but not necessary.
Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality craftsmanship.
High school Diploma/GED preferred. Less than this may be accepted.
Responsibilities:
Use hand and power tools to assemble cabinet parts.
Inspect delivery vehicles, insure any maintenance is performed.
Conducting yourself as a professional, especially while driving.
Inspect the finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Deliver cabinetry to new luxury homes with a very courteous manner.
Assemble cabinets, including doors and drawers, ensuring precision.

Hand-eye coordination, arm and hand steadiness, accurate vision, and good depth perception are required. The ideal candidate will be experienced in moving and the delivering of heavy items. However, we are willing to train the right individuals. Movers, construction workers, electricians, drywallers, framing carpenters, window installers, or trim carpenters are encouraged to apply.
