Part-time Van Driver needs to drive special needs population to appointments and some activities

Must have a Clean driving record, able to obtain or have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Experience with w./c lift helpful, good communication skills, and working with Traumatic brain injury and also dementia very helpful

Duties also include Scheduling maintenance for a small fleet ( approx 6) vehicles

Establish and Maintain vehicle Maintenace records, annual emissions, weekly gas up, cleaning inside

and occasionally taking to car washes schedules

Daily vehicle inspections for possible damage or need for repairs

3-4 days per week 8 am to 4 pm

MUST HAVE:

Must have a 3-year clean, active driver's license, CDL is a plus but not mandatory

Work with the team to schedule weekly outings

Good communication skills and ability to be flexible as needed when schedules change

A valid Fingerprint I.D. card. We can assist with obtaining a card.

Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with all staff members

Ability to function efficiently in a healthcare environment with disabled adults

Must be self-motivated and organized
