A small business specializing in the customer service & Non-Emergency transportation related aspects of the healthcare industry is looking for a transportation dispatcher responsible for coordinating routes to drivers in a timely and efficient manner and responsible for inputting eligible member’s information and schedule into the company’s portal and customer service.
Requirements:
Able to work shifts starting at 6:00am.
Previous dispatching experience or equivalent phone/customer service related experience
Geographical knowledge of Phoenix metro area
High school diploma
Valid Arizona drivers license
CPR/First Aid certification adult/infant (preferred but not required)
