We are Looking for a Dispatch Coordinator for a Privately Owned Street Sweeping Company.
Payday every Friday
Maricopa County ONLY

Duties include but are not limited to:
Scheduling and dispatching drivers to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.
Proficient computer skills including word, excel and outlook.
Relaying information such as work orders or other messages between drivers, mechanics and Supervisors.
Must have good communication skills using telephones, text messages, and email to contact employees or customers.
Preparing daily work schedules for employees, reconciliation of work records, service records and other miscellaneous records.
Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records and other information
Maintain record of inventory and reorder as needed.
Requires good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bi-lingual is a must.
Other duties as assigned.
