Window and door installation crew needed immediately. One lead installer and one helper (we can refer helpers if needed).
We are looking for quality workmanship to maintain a solid reputation. Compensation is piece work (windows starting at $110, doors starting at $300+).
Experienced crew leader with 5+ years' experience. Must have a truck that is able to pull our trailer safely to and from job sites. We have a truck if necessary but the pay will be a little different as we will need to add you as an employee.
You must be able to repair drywall and stucco that is damaged in the process of replacement (small repairs only, large repairs are done by another tradesman). Be prepared to prove the quality of your work.
Most of the windows are jump-frame applications, but we also pull frames. You must be able to do both ways. The manufacturers we mostly use are Milgard, Pella, and Therma-Tru. Our window products include vinyl, aluminum, fiberglass, and wood clad. Doors include sliding and entry.
Occasionally we jamb and case windows and doors. You must know how to operate a table saw, miter saw, and air nailer like a wizard.
