YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES WILL INCLUDE TASKS LIKE:
Removing tires, rotating, and balancing to Keep those wheels spinning!
Oil Changes: Well, you know to keep engines running smoothly.
Lube and Minor Repairs: Demonstrate your talents with simple repairs.
Vehicle Diagnostics and Inspections: We want our clients to drive away safe and satisfied. Everything from rough running to engine lights to oil leaks. So, we eyeball everything.
Scheduled Maintenance/Services and Repairs: Keep your cars in tip-top shape with 30k/60k/90/ service intervals, timing belts, axles, brakes, oil leaks, suspension, everything from bumper to bumper an in between. We don’t not sell & or replace tires.
Communication: Stay in touch with open and honest dialogue. No need to be intimidated, if you don’t know or worried about a task, you just tell us and we will walk you through it to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting: Immediately record and report any damage or ooops! We don’t want it but we know it can happen.
Other Responsibilities: Contribute where needed—teamwork makes the dream work! No one is above anyone, especially me the owner. I work for you, so have an open mind and most importantly be respectful of everyone on the team and never take kindness for weakness!
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Can you read service and repair manuals? Can you use a computer to look up information on our auto repair platform? Awesome!
Independence: Work alone or as part of a team; flexibility is essential.
Communication: Good talkers are welcomed.
Detail-oriented: The little things count! No don’t tell us you have gas, but do tell us you smell gas! Get the picture?
Fast-Paced Environment: Keep up with our rapid pace. Not sloppy! Not sprinting! Just a flow pace that is about quality control.
