We have 6 months of work currently scheduled with more coming every day. In AZ the average hourly pay for and operator is $26-30. We start our operators at $32 and move to $34 in 30 days and up from there. The average hourly pay for and experienced pipe fitter is $30 per hour. We start at $32. We start laborers at $25 per hour.
