We are seeking a dedicated Turf & Paver Installer to join our team, responsible for the installation of turf, pavers, and small masonry work The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for outdoor work, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on experience with landscaping tools and techniques, as well as a commitment to building beautiful outdoor spaces.
Duties
Install landscape features such as plants, sod, mulch, and hardscaping elements.
Perform landscape tasks including turf installation, paver installation, desert rock installation, as well as small masonry jobs.
Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete installation projects.
Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on-site.
Qualifications
Experience in turf, paver, or masonry is a MUST
Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools related to landscaping tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in work.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
