Bi lingual a plus, non smoker, clean with tools and a vehicle. The jobs are 80% painting and the rest is cleaning, drywall repairs, trim and light plumbing. The hours are 7am to 3pm and it pays 5pm every Friday.
I’ll be fast to fire you. Do not lie about skills, it will show on day one and I’ll send you home. Only apply if you consider yourself a hard worker and take pride in your work. Starts at $20 the first week, if you make it to week two I’ll pay $25. If you are around for more than four weeks you can go on percentage. My guys make 70k a year plus.
