Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Temp-to-Hire - prove your dedication and secure your position!
Proven apartment maintenance experience. Showcase your ability to manage repairs, upkeep, and improvements with finesse.
Your own tools: Channel locks, pliers, box cutters, screwdrivers (specifically 11-in-1), hammers, tape measures, adjustable wrenches, ratchets, basin wrenches, and cordless drills.

Pay Starts At $23/hr
Once hired permanently by the property you’ll earn $25/hr
