Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented "Technical Advisor" to support our design and installation teams. This role is responsible for ensuring technical accuracy in designs, assisting with project planning, troubleshooting installation challenges, and maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of custom cabinetry, closet systems, or similar construction-related fields and can effectively communicate with designers, installers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate technical specifications, measurements, and installation plans for custom storage solutions.

- Provide technical guidance to designers and installers to ensure projects meet quality and structural standards.

- Troubleshoot installation challenges and offer solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Assist with training team members on best practices, materials, and installation techniques.

- Conduct site visits when needed to verify measurements and project feasibility.

- Ensure all technical documentation and project details are accurately recorded and communicated.

- Must be able to send professional emails and utilize a CRM system for tracking project details and communications.

Qualifications

- Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, closet design, or a related field.

- Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and installation processes.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and design plans.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with designers, installers, and clients.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD) is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Must be proficient in email communication and comfortable using a CRM system.
