Established in 1984 M&M Roofing is seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with installing standing seam, exposed fastener, and specialty metal roofing systems. As a metal roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various metal roofing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and replace metal roofing systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to determine roofing materials and installation methods.
Ensure proper installation techniques, including installing underlayment, standing seam, PBR, corrugated, and detail work.
Perform thorough inspections to identify damage, leaks, or deterioration in roofing systems.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment on job sites.
Collaborate with Production Manager/ Project Manager and other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and roofing equipment safely and effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of roofing experience with a focus on metal roofing systems.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques specific to metal applications.
Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (50 lbs+) and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification is a plus but not required.
