Skilled Construction Laborer - Open Interviews

Russo Modular is a fast-paced, growing, commercial modular manufacturer. We are seeking skilled construction laborers for full time employment. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in multiple fields including metal stud framing, drywall installation, FRP installation, building exteriors, and roofing. If you are proficient in only one field we would still like to meet you! We will utilize your specific skills and provide hands-on training so that you are familiar with all stages of construction. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Be part of the team assigned to various construction stages including:

o Framing

o Drywall Installation

o FRP Installation

o Various Exterior Applications

o Roofing

Work in a fast paced environment with fast changing priorities.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Follow all company rules and policies.

Follow all safety rules and quality standards.

Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.

Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Prepare finished modular unit for shipment.

Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually up to 60 pounds, or by using hoist.

Operate machinery used in the production process.

Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.

Consistently produce usable product that meets the dimensional specifications of engineered drawings

Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Willing to cross train in order to take part in all aspects of the construction process

Must have your own hand tools

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to multitask and prioritize in an effective way

Candidate has to be a strong Team player

Candidate must have reliable transportation. Regular attendance is required.

Ability to work unsupervised or with minimal supervision while meeting all product quality requirements.

Ability to read a tape measure

Ability to read blueprints

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds frequently

Must be eligible to work in the United States
