We are seeking a Sheet Metal Superintendent who brings a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and proven reliability to our team. Key Requirements:

Maintains a positive attitude and leads by example

Proven experience managing large, fast-paced construction projects from planning through completion

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams toward a shared goal

Works effectively with others and demonstrates the ability to both lead and follow, depending on project needs

Experienced with shutdown work, including developing and executing a Method of Procedure (MOP)

Familiar with the construction management process, including RFIs, change orders, and added scope tracking

Skilled in managing subcontractors and field coordination

Project management experience is highly valued

Clean driving record required

Driven to help grow and build a department, with an understanding of the infrastructure needed to support that growth

Willing to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 60 hours as project demands require

Qualifications:

Experience: 7-10+ years in commercial/industrial sheet metal or HVAC field operations, with 5 years in a supervisory or

superintendent role

Knowledge: Proficient with HVAC systems, fabrication/installation techniques, and industry codes (IMC, SMACNA, OSHA)

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, scheduling, budgeting, quality & safety management, and problem-solving abilities

Technical: Skilled in reading complex drawings and working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Project); familiarity with field

management software a plus

Certifications: OSHA 30 preferred; CPR, forklift, or aerial platform credentials a bonus

Physical: Comfortable working in varied conditions—heights, confined spaces, lifting up to 50–80 lbs regularly

Other: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; may require travel between sites
