We are a local, family-owned service plumbing, electrical, and water-damage remediation business located in Tempe, and servicing the entire Phoenix Metro area. We are looking for an experienced, full-time service plumber to join our team. This is a permanent, non-seasonal, long term position. Please do not apply if you are looking for part-time, temporary, or filler work, or you do not intend to stay here for the long term. We are NOT interested in investing in you.
To be considered, you must be competent in the following areas:
- Faucets, hose bibs, angle stops
- Toilets and urinals
- Garbage disposals
- Shower valves
- Sewer repairs
- Water heaters
- Drain cleaning
- All basic plumbing repairs and installs
Tankless, Water Softeners and RO systems a HUGE plus
HydroJetter a HUGE plus
Pipe bursting a HUGE plus
We service residential, commercial, property management, and multi-housing customers. We have all ranges of customers from multi-million dollar residential homes to Section 8 government housing, and everything in between. Please be mindful of this when applying.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Clean criminal history and clean driving record
- Must be a hard worker and ready to learn
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds alone
- Must be fluent in English
Helpers
- No experience required, just mechanical ability and a good attitude
- Starting pay $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
- Take home company van
Technicians/Apprentices:
- Minimum 2 years service experience
- Starting pay $23 to $27 per hour - unlimited, depending on experience
- Take home company van
Plumbers/Journeymen:
- Minimum 3-5+ years service experience
- Starting pay $28 to $32+ per hour - unlimited, depending on experience
- Take home company van
