Jim Brown and Sons is currently seeking an experienced full-time Roofing Production Superintendent – Tile / Shingle / BUR / Single Ply / TPO with emphasis on project management for our customers in the valley of the sun. Under the general supervision of the Operations Manager the Production Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises all field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.
ABOUT Jim Brown and Sons Roofing, we are a family owned company located in Glendale, that has been serving Phoenix and the great state of AZ for over 40 years. JBS provides both commercial and residential roofing services statewide.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
5 years of verifiable experience with flat roof systems such as BUR, TPO, Single Ply
Able to manage a team of 6 or more employees consisting of 2 to 3 separate crews
Valid drivers’ license
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must be able to climb a ladder and NOT be afraid of heights (you are a roofer after-all)
Must have ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
Bilingual a PLUS!
