Gryphon Commercial Roofing is a multi million dollar a year company that specializes in all types of roofing installation, including complex commercial roofing projects. We are currently looking for a dedicated Field Tech/Supervisor and a couple single ply roofing tech's. Competitive pay based on experience.
Field tech/supervisor responsibilities:
Visit active job sites to oversee and manage roofing teams and communicate with building owner.
Manage and maintain quality control.
Evaluate performance of the roofing crew and report to our commercial division manager with any workmanship or teamwork issues.
Communicate performance expectations to field team members.
Attend all project management meetings.
Field tech qualifications:
Bilingual preferred
At Least 5 years of roofing experience is recommended.
A broad comprehensive and fundamental knowledge of all commercial roof systems is required
Experience performing and managing commercial roof maintenance
A high level of dexterity, balance, and coordination is required; the ability to withstand extreme temperatures in the work environment is required; clean driving record is required; Ability to lift a minimum of 70 lbs is required;
Strong knowledge of current roofing code requirement
Single ply tech's
2 years any roof experience preferred; will train TPO if needed
