I can pay the crew daily and get your motel for the first week, then I'll pay weekly and you guys will be in charge of rent.
The foreman must have around 20 yrs just wood framing experience with 6 years running a crew, where I can just give him a print of the house and be able to frame it with little supervision, we frame a lot of custom home's
