20 years in business, Very unique niche with limited competition. Business is Turnkey and will turn a profit and cash flow day one. (Assuming you’ll follow the system that has worked for 20 years in multiple locations)
I own 3 locations Phx, Las Vegas and Tucson. Selling only phx and Tucson each separately.
This business is relatively recession proof, our core customer is 55 and older on fixed income living in 55 and older communities.

With really no over-site the business will net roughly $130,000 annually. This is how I run the business and I spend about 10 hours a week. I have employees for everything else. I’ve not been to my shop in two months. My 10 hours is spent at home.
To maximize net revenues this is a Perfect business for a couple one sells and runs schedule other installs. If you eliminate one of two installers and the commissioned sales person and scheduler do those tasks yourself you’ll net another $170k eliminating overhead/payroll, so $270k net.
Some Construction or being handy and sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory, my wife and I will spend up to 90 days training.
Purchase price for phx is $500k, this price includes $200,000-$250,000 in retail inventory and $45,000 in pre sold jobs waiting for installation.
I will finance the $500k @
$5000 per month no interest. I will require security interest in something of value to be discussed.

The price reflects 4 x net which is common to value a business plus the $200k retail inventory, $45k presold jobs waiting for product arrival. I’m charging no interest on the loan which adds significant value to sale price.
