Pay: $66,000+ per year
Schedule: May include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:
Five years minimum supervisory or foreman experience in building construction, construction maintenance or maintenance engineering type operation.
Journeyman certification in one of the following trades; electrician, plumber, carpenter, boiler technician or refrigeration/HVAC.
Thorough knowledge of the main crafts trades including electrician, plumbing, carpentry, painting, boiler technician and refrigeration/HVAC.
Experience in writing staff schedules for a seven day a week operation.
Possess or obtain a valid Arizona Driver’s License within 90 days of start date and comply with the Xanterra South Rim Company Vehicle Policy.
Possess good verbal communication skills with ability to give instructions clearly.
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and various engineering software programs.
Familiarity with the International Building Codes and Uniform Building Codes.
