Uncle B's House of Classics

Uncle B’s House of Classics is growing fast, and we’re looking for a talented Metal & Body Specialist who’s passionate about classic cars, custom builds, and high-end craftsmanship. If you take pride in precision metalwork, panel fitting, and fabrication—this is your chance to join a team that’s turning iconic vehicles into modern-day masterpieces.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform custom sheet metal fabrication, panel replacement, rust repair, and body modifications on classic American cars (1950s–1980s).

Lead or support the restoration of original body panels, floors, and frames.

Align and fit body panels with exacting tolerances.

Grind, weld, and finish surfaces to perfection in preparation for paint.

Work closely with our design and build teams to bring creative visions to life.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has 5+ years experience in classic car metalwork or hot rod/restomod fabrication.

Can confidently operate standard metal shop equipment (shears, brakes, bead rollers, English wheels, MIG/TIG welders).

Is skilled in both old-school craftsmanship and modern fabrication techniques.

Has an eye for detail and a passion for building world-class vehicles.

Takes pride in a clean, professional, and safety-focused work environment.

Bonus if You Have:

Experience working on frame-off restorations or restomod projects.

Knowledge of structural reinforcement techniques for modern drivetrains/suspension swaps.

Portfolio of past work (highly encouraged).

What We Offer:

Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.

A passionate and respectful team environment.

Clean, well-equipped shop with premium tools and equipment.

Opportunities to grow with a brand that’s making noise in the restomod world.

Flexible scheduling options after probation period.
