Construction Mechanic - Responsibilities:

Maintains company equipment in proper operating order.

Diagnoses problems with equipment malfunctioning.

Maintains a service log of equipment to document problems.

Issues equipment and tool loaners; maintains a log of loaned equipment and tools.

Affects repairs to equipment as required.

Performs regular and routine maintenance/service on equipment such as sharpening blades.

Purchases supplies and replacement parts with justification.

Advises the Branch Managers as to required maintenance and repairs to the company fleet of vehicles.

Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements.

Enforces all company safety policies and procedures.

Other duties may be assigned.

Evening Shift - 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Construction Mechanic - Qualifications:

One to three years related experience and/or training; experienced in welding; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must provide own tools

Driver's License in good standing
